Accommodation
Delegates will be able to stay in single room accommodation on the Gatton campus in the Halls of Residence for $33/night. Delegates may stay from Monday 24th September to Friday 28th.
Bookings should be made using the attached registration form. Breakfast will be available in the Dining Hall. This is included in the accommodation cost.

Transport
Transfers are available to and from Brisbane Airport to The University of Queensland Gatton via The Airport Flyer at $35.60 per person one way or $66.90 per person return. Please make arrangements and payment directly to The Airport Flyer (07) 4630 1444.

Payment
Full payment must accompany registration (including accommodation). Once received, your place is automatically be reserved.

Cheques for payment of registration and accommodation should be made out to Recycled Organics. Registrations should be sent to The Conference Secretariat, Recycled Organics Consortium, The University of Queensland, Gatton Qld 4343.

Cancellation Policy
Registration fee: any cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Recycled Organics Consortium, The University of Queensland, Gatton Qld 4343 or fax (07) 5460 1517. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively a full refund, less $55 service charge will be made for cancellations received in writing (letter or fax) up to 30 days prior to the event. For cancellations received between 30 days and 7 days prior to the event, a 50% refund plus pre-conference papers will be sent to the cancelled delegate. Regrettably no refunds can be made for cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the conference.

Accommodation: if your room cannot be resold following cancellation, 50% of the room rate will be retained from your prepayment.
